You don’t have a traffic problem. You have an offer problem.

More traffic rarely fixes weak sales. Nine times out of ten the offer is the leak. Here is how to pressure-test yours.

When sales are slow, the instinct is to buy more traffic. Usually that just pours water into a leaky bucket faster.

Pressure-test the offer first

  • Is the outcome obvious in five seconds?
  • Is the price anchored against something bigger?
  • Is there a reason to act now, not later?
  • Is the risk on you, not the buyer?

If any of those is a no, fix it before you spend a pound on ads. A strong offer makes mediocre traffic convert. A weak offer wastes great traffic.

You cannot out-spend a bad offer. You can only lose money faster.

Then, and only then, scale traffic

Once the offer converts cold traffic, more volume is just fuel. Get the order right and everything downstream gets cheaper.
